Many have praised this series but I honestly do not understand why. It is messy, riddled with plot holes and strangely rushed.
We spend so long waiting for our couple to come clean that by the time they are together the progress feels rushed and the finale leaves so much unexplained. This notion of twins, although the core reason for the story, feels pointless and I think it would have been far nicer as just a runaway bride.
As for the groom he seems to magically be able to manage all his business affairs off screen and chase Yuan Yue Yue full time. We all know it is fictional but what is the point in having the character as a CEO when the business side of things seems entirely pointless?
Li Nuo and Tim Pei are good actors but they feel more like friends who kiss, than characters who love eachother. They lack that spark that makes the audience fall in love with their shared affection.
All that being said it was relatively enjoyable so if you want a series with an arranged marriage then this might suit you.
