Following on from the outrageous dramas of the previous series we are taken further into the currupt world and witness the most despised villains begin to get their punishment.
Although the plot was elaborate and we got to witness more romantic moments between our two favourite couples, this series did feel like a build up to a finale series. We are introduced to new scandles and characters which come out of hiding in the penultimate episodes. Every moments hints at a future spectacle.
This is not a series where you have any truly good character. We have characters who we despise and those who tred on the edge of illegal activity in order to catch them. The romance between Shim Soo Ryun and Logan Lee is one bound by joint fury over the past whereas our young Joo Seok Hoon and Bae Ro Na have an ill-fated relationship that might save them from the tangled web they are stuck in.
It was addictive and every episode brought new twists and turns but I would not say that this is quite deserving of five stars. I have a feeling this sense of anticipation is for the third and final series.
I am well and truly sucked in. Onto the next series we go!

Synopsis:
