This wasn't at all what I was expecting from the trailer or synopsis. Although filled with quirky humour and passionate romance I am not sure what to make of the fantasy element that was thrown in. It felt as though the script writer just added the aspect of Han Bi Soo being given only 49 days before he vanished in order to make the storyline a bit different. However, I think even if that element was removed the true strength of this series was in the family trials and the love between Oh Joo In and Han Bi Soo. Frankly the fantasy element wasn't needed and felt a little random despite being depicted well.
Lee Min Kiand Nana made a good pair and they had some very romantic scenes but I think a slightly better plot would have served them well. I enjoyed the series but I didn't come away feeling uplifted. I needed a box of tissues and videos of fluffy animals to perk myself up again. This is an interesting romance between a writer and an actress but be prepared for the waterworks!

Synopsis:
Oh Joo In, a top rom-com actress, has been aiming to repurchase her old family home. The second it goes on sale, she buys it back, but it turns out that Han Bi Soo, an award-winning crime-thriller scriptwriter who has turned Joo In down for several roles, has been living there.
As a man of many neuroses; disinfecting his surroundings and making sure everything is at a perfect angle, Han Bi Soo is so used to writing in his designated writing room that he can't seem to write anywhere else. So he enters into a contract with Joo In, to be allowed to use that room 24/7, on the condition that he calls her master.
