Na Young Won is a successful senior editor at the hit monthly magazine Monthly House. Although her glittering journalistic career spans a decade, her home situation is not quite as idyllic as those she spends her time reporting on. In fact, she lives alone in a rented house and happily makes adjustments as she sees fit. But when the magazine's CEO Yoo Ja Sung buys the house and becomes her fussy new landlord, she is in for a shock. Yoo Ja Sung proves to be a very difficult landlord to keep happy. He grew up in poverty, initially working in the construction industry, but determined to make his fortune through real estate investment. For him, buying the house Na Young Won lives in is little more than another financial transaction. But as the duo starts to get to know one another, their attitudes toward the real estate market – and one another – start to change. Suddenly, Na Young Won starts to ask herself if she would be better off buying her own house...or beginning on an unlikely romance with her firm's CEO!

I will star off saying that I love Jung So Min. She's one of my favorite actresses in the Kdrama world. Also I love Jung Gun Joo. He is making a perfect second lead in many dramas so far these last couple of years. With all of that said, neither one of them could save this drama from itself. It was like they had all the materials and blueprints for a good romantic comedy but instead made something super off brand and lack luster.

I liked the set up and I really liked Jung So Min's Na Young Won. I could really identify with her struggle to just make it and the idea of having a place to call your own. But I think this show suffered from two leads that didn't really have chemistry. I feel like Kim Ji Suk really didn't have a chemistry with anyone in the cast. His Yoo Ja Sung was obviously damaged and in need of some real healing but most of the time I just found him annoying more than damaged. Yoo Ja Sung just reminded me of those asshole landlords that didn't care about their tenants. And when they started the romance between Yoo Ja Sung and Na Young Won, I never felt like I rooted for them. But at the same time, I didn't root for Shin Gyeom with Na Young Won either because one way for me to not root for a second lead is if he or she takes forever to confess. AND THE ENDING! TRASH DONT WATCH. The sure fire way to make a show that was hanging on by a thread really implode on itself is make the finale the most boring and trite thing ever. Which in this case, they did.

What I surprisingly liked was all the houses they showed and the in office relationship between Yeo Eui Joon and Nam Sang Soon. That felt like the most natural progression of relationship and they had great chemistry. If only the secondary characters were the leads, then this show could have been something more than mediocre cliché's bunched together and called a series.
