BBC Four is back in the game this week with a good-looking French procedural set around the beginning of the 20th century. Paris Police 1900 certainly looks the part. Elsewhere, ITV continues its strong run of thriller with the six-part 'Hitchcockian' Angela Black next Sunday. And we also say farewell to The North Water and Silent Witness. Enjoy!
