This is a quirky medical time travel drama about a famous Joeson doctor and a talented cardiologist who lives end up entwined when they collide in the modern world.

Kim Nam-gil, who who played Heo Im, was very good at switching between characteristics but I did find his laughter a little fake and over the top at times. That being said, the chemistry between Heo Im (Kim Nam-gil) and Choi Yeon Kyung (Kim Ah Joong) was really good and their relationship is incredibly cute. This is definitely one of the better time travel dramas I have watched so far, especially because we get a happy ending!

Although it's not an exceptional drama in any way it is a sweet romance that explores a different rhelm of medicine in two different eras.
